Order Information
Our history
JFM Enterprises was established in 1974 by James F. McDaniel
and continues to be a 100% family-owned and operated business today. We are located in Norcross,
Georgia (a suburb of Atlanta) and distribute all products from this location. We have consistently
maintained our wholesale integrity since opening our doors by selling only through qualified resellers
who must present trade credentials in order to establish accounts with our company. We do not sell to
the public.
Our products
JFM specializes in the distribution of ready-made picture
frames, decorative mirrors, wall d?or and picture frame related accessory products. We are one of
the largest suppliers of pre-assembled finished corner frames in the world. Our product is
manufactured in the premier factories in the world and our frames are produced from quality materials
and vary in construction from all wood or wood with compo to moulded urethene. All frames are hand
leafed and finished. JFM maintains a cooperative relationship with all factories employed and is
constantly involved in improving quality control, new product development and price controls. A policy
of mutual respect with our suppliers has resulted in long-standing relationships and consistent
products.

The growth of JFM can best be attributed to our commitment to
provide a superior level of service to our valued customers as well as providing the most updated
styles available in the industry combined with maintaining a consistent selection of many of the most
time-honored styles.
Our goal
JFM's goal is simple… to maximize product value to our
customers and provide a friendly level of customer service.
HOURS AND SHOWROOM:
We are open 9-5 Monday through Friday. Pickup hours are 9-4 Monday through Friday. Although no
appointment is necessary, preference is given to those orders phoned in advance.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
- All customers must provide a copy of their state resale
tax certificate.
- Prices are F.O.B. Norcross, Georgia and are subject to
change without notice.
- Terms are Net 10 Days to established accounts only. First
time orders will be sent C.O.D. or can be prepaid prior to shipping.
- Past due invoices carry a service charge of 1.5% per
month.
- Any defect claims against merchandise must be made within
10 days and returns may be made only with prior authorization from JFM. Seller is not
responsible for shipping damages. Purchaser is responsible for reporting and initiating damage
claims with freight carriers. Please save the carton and packing material for their inspection.
- Title of merchandise remains with seller until paid in
full. Should legal actions be necessary to effect collection, debtor hereby agrees to pay court
costs and attorney fees.
- MINIMUM SHIPPING REQUIREMENT - $100.00.
A $10.00 CHARGE WILL BE ADDED TO ORDERS LESS THAN $100.00.

DISCOUNT
SCHEDULE
A 7% discount on orders of $1000 or more, 10% discount on orders
of $2500 or more, and a 13% discount on orders of $5000 or more
(cash discount only at this level - no credit cards) will be applied
when payment is made at time of
pickup/shipment.

ORDER
INFORMATION
NON-STANDARD SIZES:
Please note the addition of many new styles now available in non-standard or custom sizes. Please
allow 12 weeks for delivery. (Items shown on price sheet with *** indicate frames which may be
special ordered).
We require a 50% prepayment deposit on all special sizes.
BACKORDER POLICY:
We reserve the right to backorder all items ordered but not shipped. Items
will remain on backorder unless specified by customer.
DELIVERY INFORMATION:
All shipments will be sent via U.P.S. or common carrier unless specified by customer. Most frames
24x36 and smaller can be shipped via U.P.S. (many exceptions exist on wide Baroque styles). For more

CREDIT CARDS:
We gladly accept VISA, Mastercard, and American Express.
(Past due invoices paid by credit card will be charged an additional 3%)
